The weather over in Yuba County has been its usual bad self the last few weeks, however there is no sign of it having delayed the brand new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino which is being built there, for the property continues to progress on schedule.

Everything is coming along fine reports Charlie Altekruse, the spokesman for the Enterprise Rancheria who have partnered with Hard Rock International to build, run and operate the casino.

Anyone passing by the construction site, which for the record is located just off Forty Mile Road, will not be able to miss the casino resort being built, for it is huge and is going to be a major landmark for the area and one that should do well when it finally does open later this year.

In fact, there are some 500 construction workers employed currently on the site, all of whom are working diligently to get the project finished both on time and on budget, too.

Once the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain has been completed it is going to be covering a huge 320,000 square foot, making it one of the largest properties in the area, housing the gaming floor, restaurants and both banqueting and meeting/conference facilities along with a 152 room hotel.

One of the major benefits for the local area will be the jobs the casino will generate, with up to 1400 people being employed at the resort which will certainly help the local community along with taxes that will be raised.
