It is the one time of the year when the entire Las Vegas Strip will be closed to traffic, and New Years Eve 2019 is going to be going with a big bang as usual this year, with pyrotechnicians putting the finishing touches to the casinos atop of which the annual fireworks display with be set off from.

That display really is a sight to behold for seven casino resorts will be setting off their fireworks at the same moment, that of course being as the clock strikes midnight tonight, and the fireworks all blast into the sky in unison too.

It is the Aria Casino, Caesars Palace the MGM Grand along with Planet Hollywood, The Strat and both the TI Casino (Treasure Island) and the Venetian that are the casinos that will be having fireworks set shooting into the sky from their respective roofs, and many people do stand in the middle of the road to watch them, many filming the event as they watch.

It is expected that as many as 330,000 people will take to the Strip to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks display, many of whom will also then be taking part in the all-night parties being held in each casino too.

The safety and security of those attending is of course paramount, with every road leading onto the Strip being blocked off with large vehicles and a huge police and security presence along the Strip being in place all night too.

One of the best vantage points to watch the fireworks and to bring in the New Year is up the tower at The Strat, but as such tickets for their 108 Party in the Sky which cost some $299 per person were sold out a long time ago.
