Is Adam “Pacman” Jones a Casino Card Cheat?

question marks

Mystery still surrounds the arrest of the onetime football pro Adam “Pacman” Jones, for the authorities are keeping very tight-lipped as to why he was arrested at the Rising Star Casino in Indiana, in the very early hours of Wednesday morning.

What is known, however, is that Indiana Gaming Commission agents were dispatched to the casino and made their way to the table game area of the casino where it had been reported that Jones was playing Blackjack.

Upon approaching Jones he became combative and disorderly, and it was at 3:17am that he was arrested and then taken and booked into Dearborn County jail.

It is known that the gaming agents had been called to investigate reports from the casinos security team who suspected cheating at one of their table games.

The charge Jones was booked with was suspected disorderly conduct rather than any cheating offence, it has also been reported that Jones had threatened to kill one of the gaming agents dispatched to the scene by the Indiana Gaming Commission.

As for the potential punishment for such a crime if he is found guilty, he will either receive a $1000 fine or up to 180 days in jail.

Jones is no stranger to jail or for that matter being arrested, for in 2017 he was arrested and jailed for allegedly head-butting a police officer and the upshot of that offence was that he did plead guilty to a misdemeanour.
