They are certainly figures to put a smile on the face of any casino chief executive, and it will be the CEO of the Presque Isle Downs and Casino that will be smiling today, for that casino has reported a massive increase in its table game revenue for the month of November.

The income generated from their table games has increased by a whopping 25% this November compared to last November, and that has been the State’s best performing casino in respect to its table games and the one with the highest increase in table game revenue.

That casino is in fact owned and operated by the Summit Township, and in monetary figures the income generated by the table games was some $1.25million, which is a quarter of a million dollars more than it generated on its table games in November of 2017.

However, things were not so good regarding the overall gambling income generated by that casino, for figures just released by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reveal that when you combine the slot and gaming machine revenue with the table game revenue and compare it to the same month last year the total gambling income generated was down 2%!

There are twelve casinos in total in Pennsylvania, and as for the table game revenue generated by all of them combined and compared to November last year, there has been an overall drop of some 1.3%, but that figure becomes an overall increase of 0.3% when you include all other gambling income into the figures.
