There are, of course, a total of three Oneida Nation casinos located in the central area of New York, and if all goes to plan each of them are going to be operating sportsbooks within those properties at some point this year.
In fact, the Oneida Indian Nation have been very busy putting together plans for those sportsbooks, and have just released a set of artists impressions of how each of them will look once approval is given and they are built.
It is thanks to a tie up with Caesars Sports that those sportsbooks will be operating, and having been operating the stunning and hugely popular sportsbooks within Caesars Palace and Harrah’s Casino for many years now, Caesars Sports do have plenty of experience in knowing what their sports betting customers are looking for.
The casinos will only be allowed to operate sportsbooks within each one when they have been granted the required license to do so and also when New York State approves sports betting within the state boundaries, which it is expected to do.
The casinos will also need to get full approval from the National Indian Gaming Commission for those sportsbooks, but that is expected to be forthcoming with no problems or delays expected.
Out of the three casinos that are planning to open their own sportsbook, the one I do like the look of the most is the proposed sportsbook at Turning Stone.
That sportsbook is being located in the area that was once the main patio area for the buffet and as you can see from the artists impression above it does fit that area perfectly and is stunning in its design too.
